Ammonia Synthesis Catalyst

Ammonia synthesis catalyst is a high-performance ammonia synthesis catalyst produced by SYAMCAT through optimizing raw material selection, optimizing process conditions, and improving product quality. It’s divided into two different states: oxidation state and reduction state to serve our excellent customers.

Primary Reforming Catalyst

SYAMCAT Primary reforming catalyst is a new set of nickel-based catalyst designed for oil field gas steam reforming applications. It’s suitable for steam reforming hydrogen production devices that utilize oil field gas or natural gas as feedstocks to produce industrial hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, and metallurgical reduction gas. This catalyst is also compatible with modern energy-saving AMV or Braun low water-to-carbon ratio conversion processes for ammonia synthesis gas.

Secondary Reforming Catalyst

SYAMCAT secondary steam reforming catalyst is a set of high-temperature secondary furnace or autothermal furnace steam-reforming catalysts with nickel as the active component. It has good activity, heat resistance, and structural stability.

High Temperature Shift Catalyst

SYAMCAT high temperature shift catalyst is a highly efficient and energy-saving product. It’s suitable for large and medium-sized ammonia synthesis or hydrogen production units using coal, light oil, natural gas, oil field gas, etc. as feedstock. It’s especially suitable for use under low steam-to-gas ratio conditions of energy-saving ammonia synthesis units.

Low Temperature Shift Catalyst

SYAMCAT low temperature shift catalyst is used to promote the reaction of CO and water vapor to generate hydrogen and CO2 under low-temperature conditions (180~260°C) to purify crude hydrogen and ammonia synthesis feed gas.

Methanation Catalyst

SYAMCAT methanation catalyst uses a high NiO active component and uses a pressing process to promote the reaction of low-concentration carbon oxides (such as CO, CO2) and excess hydrogen to generate inert gas CH4 and easily removed H2O to purify the gas.

Methanol Synthesis Catalyst

SYAMCAT methanol steam reforming catalyst adopts a new co-precipitation process and adds special additives. According to the reaction temperature, it can be divided into low temperature type (160℃~250℃), medium temperature type (230℃~290℃), high temperature type Type (300℃~600℃).

Pre-Reforming Catalyst

SYAMCAT pre-reforming catalyst is a high Nickel system supported on a porous carrier. It’s carried out in an adiabatic reactor, and the reaction thermal efficiency is high.

Hydrogenation Catalyst

SYAMCAT hydrogen production hydrogenation catalyst is an olefin saturated and organic sulfur hydrogenation catalyst with nickel, cobalt and molybdenum as active metal components.

ZnO Desulfuration Catalyst

SYAMCAT has the characteristics of high sulfur capacity and high activity. Even under harsh conditions, it can maintain high activity and sulfur capacity.The hydrogen sulfide content of various raw gases treated with desulfurizers can be reduced to less than 0.1ppm, and the performance reaches the international level of similar products.

Formaldehyde Catalyst

Fe Mo Formaldehyde Catalyst is a kind of iron molybdenum-based catalysts, which can be used to improve the yields of formaldehyde. SYAMCAT Fe Mo Formaldehyde catalyst can provide higher yields than others under the same reaction conditions.
