Pre-reforming Catalysts with Good Low Temerature Activity for Pre-refroming Process
SYAMCAT YZ119 and YZ119R are nickel-based pre-reforming catalysts supported on a porous gamma-alumina carrier. Designed for adiabatic fixed-bed pre-reformers, they provide strong low-temperature activity, stable operation, and flexible processing of natural gas, LPG, naphtha, light hydrocarbons, and refinery off-gas. Oxidized and pre-reduced grades are available for different start-up requirements.
Application of Pre-reforming Catalysts
Methane-Rich Gas Production: Suitable for the pre-reforming of higher hydrocarbons and the partial steam reforming of hydrocarbon feedstocks to produce methane-rich gas.
Flexible Hydrocarbon Feedstocks: Suitable for naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbons, refinery off-gas, and natural gas, used individually or in combination.
Fixed-Bed Pre-Reformers: Designed for use in adiabatic fixed-bed pre-reforming reactors.
