 Co-Precipitation Method: Employ the co-precipitation method, a precise technique that results in the formation of catalyst particles through simultaneous precipitation of multiple components. This method enhances the catalyst's uniformity and performance.
 Controlled Precipitation Process: Monitor and control the precipitation process meticulously to achieve the desired catalyst characteristics, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
 Drying and Roasting: Once the catalyst particles are formed, carefully dry and calcine them at specific temperatures to enhance their stability and reactivity.

SYAMCAT high temperature shift catalyst is produced by a new process with low sulfur content, so there is no need to arrange a separate sulfur release time during start-up, which saves costs; the sulfur release operation can be completed along with the warming and reduction process, and the sulfur release is completed at the end of the reduction process.


What are the key points to note in the normal use of high temperature shift catalysts?
In industrial production, the selection of normal operating conditions for the CO shift process is determined by the process design requirements and the performance of the catalyst itself. In order to maintain the normal operation of the shift catalyst, the main points to be controlled include: catalyst bed temperature, vapor-gas ratio, operating pressure, airspeed, sulfur and oxygen content in the raw gas, total solids content of the circulating water in the saturated tower, and the quality of the sprayed cold stimulating liquid.
